Giselle, Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Giselle Moinzadeh is a psychotherapist devoted to guiding others back to the innate healer within. Rooted in a deep reverence for the human experience, her work bridges the realms of psychology, somatic, and spirituality, inviting clients into a journey of empowerment.

Giselle received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and went on to earn a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Spiritual and Depth Psychology. She is registered as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California and she is certified in Somatic Attachment Therapy, Polyvagal Informed Coaching, and as a PSYCH-K® Facilitator. While her education has shaped her clinical approach, her own path of healing breathes life into her work.

For years, Giselle lived deeply disconnected from herself, caught in patterns of survival that numbed her body’s innate intelligence. Somatic work and Internal Family Systems became the bridge home. Through deep listening, nervous system attunement, and embodied presence, she learned to cultivate safety from within, access the subconscious through the felt sense, and honor the body as a portal to transformation.

Now, she holds space for others to do the same. Giselle’s approach is gentle yet profound, weaving together somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, traditional psychotherapy and depth-oriented healing. She supports clients in strengthening their connection to Self, accessing the subconscious, expanding capacity, and reclaiming their power. With compassion and unwavering presence, she invites each person into their unique personal empowerment.
